What we do - There's no 'i' in team

We believe in teamwork. Each team is headed by a dedicated account manager and complemented by a group of portfolio managers to handle property management. These teams are ably supported by dedicated debt recovery and lettings coordinators who ensure that income is continually generated. And where properties are void or in arrears, it’s these people that make sure any losses are kept to a minimum. With everyone working together it keeps things simple and efficient.

Between us, we have over 50 years property management experience.

Today we have 27 members of staff looking after 1600 properties. That’s 1 person for every 60 properties.
We are a growing business.

What we don’t know about property isn’t worth knowing. It’s a fact. We employ people that are out-and-out geniuses in their field and through inventive training, we nurture and develop them so that their knowledge grows,
a little bit more, every day.

We’re able to provide national cover, with local knowledge. APS Property Managers live and breathe the area they cover. It’s their job to learn their ‘patch’ intimately. So, as well as their legendary property knowledge, they’ll know whether the local football team is playing away or at-home and where the nearest supermarket is. It’s the little touches that make a big difference.

But it’s not just about knowledge, they actually love working in the world of property – every tiny detail of it.
And they do it with a smile – because they love it. It’s a geek thing.

We believe service works both ways, for landlord and tenant. We have a service level agreement with all our tenants – so they know what to expect from us. It keeps us on our toes.

Quality management sits at the heart of everything we do – and we love to crunch the numbers. We always complete daily, weekly and monthly checks, with dedicated resource applied to sample checking each client’s portfolio on a monthly basis.

All our contractors are established relationships – we get the best deal and pass it on. We even ask every tenant to rate each job our contractors complete and pass the feedback onto you.

We like to be transparent and Andrews’ intelligence (Ai) is your access to all the management information you need to help you manage your portfolio with one click.
